Marisa Hunkeler

Marisa Hunkeler is an attorney in the Corporate/M&A and Employment Law team at Walder Wyss. She advises and represents clients in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, employment law, immigration law, and general contract law. Marisa Hunkeler also advises startups and investors regarding general contract law, corporate and commercial law.

Marisa Hunkeler studied at the University of Bern (BLaw 2019) and the University of Zurich (MLaw 2022) and completed an exchange semester at Uppsala University (SWE). Before joining Walder Wyss as an attorney, she worked as a trainee lawyer at a major Zurich business law firm, at the Competition Commission, and at the Cantonal Court of Lucerne. Marisa Hunkeler was admitted to the bar in 2025.

Marisa Hunkeler practices in German and English. She also speaks Spanish and French. She is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to represent clients in all Swiss Courts.
