With the incorporation of Swiss Digital Home AG in early August 2026, the groundwork was laid to bring together the two PropTech companies, houzy and myky, along with their platforms ("houzy.ch", "myky.ch", "devis.ch", and "hausinfo.ch"), under a single umbrella company. The new platform will be operated and further developed under the Swiss Digital Home AG umbrella. Shareholders include the Helvetia-Baloise Group (SIX: HBAN), Berner Kantonalbank (SIX: BEKN), Gebäudeversicherung Bern (GVB), and 17 other cantonal banks (represented by NNH Holding AG).

houzy was founded in Zurich in 2017 and has grown into the leading platform for homeownership in Switzerland. More than 175,000 homeowners use houzy for real estate appraisals, renovation planning, and finding contractors and real estate agents. With its merger with devis.ch in 2024, houzy significantly expanded its network of contractors and strengthened its presence in the French-speaking part of Switzerland.

myky is the Swiss platform for everything related to the digital home. Founded in 2021 through a partnership between Berner Kantonalbank, Gebäudeversicherung Bern (GVB), and NNH Holding AG, myky supports homeowners with the myky Dossier, helping them organize their properties, plan renovations, and enhance sustainability. Since 2026, “hausinfo” has also been part of myky.
