Swiss Life closed CHF 800 million Loan Exchange Transaction

29. November 2012 – Swiss Life successfully closed an exchange transaction involving the purchase of perpetual loans privately issued in 1999 (outstanding amount of CHF 842 million) in exchange for a privately placed subordinated perpetual loan and a consideration in cash. The offered transaction structure is a novelty in the Swiss market.
