Samantha Thomann Brand is a Senior Immigration Manager in the Employment Team of Walder Wyss. Her expertise lies within immigration law and the practice area thereof.

She has over 10 years of experience within immigration law and has worked in various Big4 firms as team lead, and she advised clients and internal Partners on best practice and risk. She was also self-employed for a few years.

Samantha Thomann Brand did her Business degree in Zurich (EFZ 1994). She then studied law at the University of Lucerne (BLaw 2003; MLaw 2007). During her studies she had a break year where she sailed parts of the world. Thereafter, she worked as a law clerk in different companies such as the Registry of Commerce in Zurich and at Zurich Social Insurance Institution (SVA). In 2012 she qualified as a Business Mediator from the University of Applied Sciences (FHNW).
