Walder Wyss supports its clients in all notarial matters. At our offices in Basel, Bern, Lugano and Zurich, our teams of experienced notaries can efficiently handle not only simple but also highly complex matters. At our office in Basel, our notaries notarize in-house. At our Bern and Ticino location, we share our offices with local notary firms. At all other locations we collaborate closely with cantonal notaries.
Among other services, we will support you in all transactions that require notarization and certifications, such as the incorporation and dissolution of stock corporations, modifications of capital and the restructuring of legal entities, property transfers, the establishment and amendment of condominium property and building rights and the setting up and alteration of mortgages and easements. We are also specialized in advising on corporate succession regulations, private estate planning, as well as marital agreements and inheritance. In addition, our Basel office can notarize documents under German law.
As our team of notaries can rely internally on the services of numerous experts in other disciplines, Walder Wyss is able to offer comprehensive advice whenever this is needed in matters of tax or other complex legal topics pertaining to notarial work.
