Giulio Donati is an attorney in the Litigation and Arbitration Team. He advises clients in commercial disputes and represents parties before state courts, in both domestic and international arbitrations as well as in enforcement proceedings and legal assistance matters.

Giulio Donati obtained his Doctorate in Law from the University of Zurich in 2012 and was admitted to the Swiss bar in 2016. Before joining Walder Wyss, he served for several years as a law clerk at the Commercial Court of the Canton of Zurich, where he handled a wide range of complex procedural matters and extensive business and commercial law proceedings. Additionally, following his studies, he worked as a research assistant at the University of Zurich's chair for private and commercial law.

Giulio Donati works mainly in German, English and Italian. He also speaks French and Spanish. He is registered with the Bar Registry of the Canton of Zurich and admitted to practice law throughout Switzerland.
