Sanela Ninković is an associate in the Litigation and Arbitration Team. She advises clients in commercial disputes and represents parties in both domestic and international arbitrations, before state courts as well as in enforcement proceedings and legal assistance matters. Sanela Ninković has acted as counsel and tribunal secretary in multiple international arbitration proceedings, with a focus on the construction sector.

Sanela Ninković holds law degrees from the University of Zurich (MLaw, 2017), the Europa-Institut of the Saarland University in Germany (LL.M. “European and International Law”, 2014) and the University of Banja Luka in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BLaw, 2012). She was admitted to the Swiss Bar in 2021. Prior to joining Walder Wyss, Sanela Ninković worked as an attorney at law at an arbitration boutique in Zurich, as a trainee lawyer at leading business law firms in Zurich and as an associate at an international law firm in Belgrade. She also worked as a research assistant at the Europa-Institut of the Saarland University and completed a traineeship at the European Commission in Brussels.

Sanela Ninković speaks German, English, Serbian and Croatian. She is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to practice throughout Switzerland.
