Ramona Fischer is an associate in the litigation and arbitration team based in Zurich with a focus on private clients. She regularly represents and advises Swiss and foreign private clients, foundations, banks and family offices in complex domestic and international inheritance disputes as well as in the area of adult protection law. She also assists clients with estate planning and settlement, as well as foundation, trust and matrimonial property law. She represents parties before state courts and authorities, in international arbitration proceedings, and in enforcement and judicial assistance proceedings.
Ramona studied at the University of Lucerne (MLaw 2017) and the University of Tasmania (AUS). After completing her studies, she worked as an intern at a district court and a law firm in the Canton of Lucerne and as a research assistant at the University of Lucerne in the fields of private law, comparative law, private international law and European law. Before joining Walder Wyss, she worked for an international business law firm in Zurich and for the Canton of Zurich. She was admitted to the bar in 2019. In 2023, she became a CEDR-accredited mediator.
Ramona works in German and English. She is also fluent in French and Spanish. She is registered in the Bar Register of the Canton of Zurich and is admitted to practice throughout Switzerland.
