Mirjam Olah is an associate in the Corporate & Commercial Team. Her preferred areas of practice include contract, corporate and commercial law as well as medical law.
Mirjam Olah studied and wrote her PhD-thesis at the University of Basel (MLaw, 2011, Dr. iur., 2017). After her studies, she gained working experience as a research and teaching assistant at the Chair of Prof. Dr. iur. Kurt Seelmann and as a trainee in a law firm in Bern, at the Expropriation Court and in the Legal Department of the Government of the Canton of Basel-Landschaft. She was admitted to the bar in 2013. Before joining Walder Wyss, Mirjam Olah worked as a research and teaching assistant at the Chair of Prof. Dr. iur. Felix Hafner at the University of Basel.
