Lena Götzinger is an attorney in the Information Technology, Data Protection and Intellectual Property Team. She advises and represents companies from the IT, broadcasting, telecommunications, social media and electronic commerce sectors on all questions of information and technology law as well as data protection law. She specializes in the regulation of platforms and the protection of intellectual property in the digital age.
Lena Götzinger studied Law at the Albert-Ludwigs-University of Freiburg (First State Examination, 2017) and at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Before joining Walder Wyss, she worked as a trainee lawyer and research assistant at a leading commercial law firm in Hamburg. During her legal clerkship she also worked in the legal department of a streaming provider in Stockholm and for a foundation promoting the rule of law in Singapore. She was admitted to the bar in 2020.
Lena Götzinger primarily advises her clients in German and English and speaks French. She is registered in accordance with Art. 28 BGFA in the public list of nationals of EU or EFTA member states who are entitled to represent parties before judicial authorities in Switzerland on a permanent basis under their original professional title.
