Monique Sturny est associée chez Walder Wyss. Monique Sturny a étudié à l’université de Fribourg i.Ue. (lic. iur., 2002, avec les mentions « droit européen » et « licence bilingue » allemand-français) et à la London School of Economics and Political Science (LL.M. in International Business Law, 2007). Elle a également rédigé une thèse de doctorat à l’université de Berne sur l’influence du droit de l’UE sur le développement du droit suisse de la concurrence (Dr. iur., summa cum laude, 2013). Monique Sturny est « Non-Governmental Advisor » de la Commission suisse de la concurrence pour l’International Competition Network (ICN) et est membre du comité de rédaction de la Revue suisse de droit des cartels.
Monique Sturny travaille en allemand, anglais et français. Elle est inscrite au registre des avocats du canton de Zurich.
