Bouygues announces sale of Helion to AMAG Group

14 septembre 2022 – On 13 September 2022, Bouygues Energies & Services – the Swiss market leader in the areas of building technology, facility management and energy supply technology to promote the energy transition – announced the sale of its Helion business unit, which specializes in photovoltaics, heat pumps and e-mobility, to the AMAG Group. The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2022.

With Helion, AMAG plans to contribute to the decarbonization of transport and to the security of supply in Switzerland with renewable energy. In addition, with the intelligent networking of e-cars and photovoltaics, AMAG and Helion want to provide a solution for using the electric car as a storage unit for better utilization of solar power and as a buffer storage unit for stabilizing the power grid.
