Luc Pittet advises and represents private and institutional clients in the field of real estate and construction law, both in civil matters (purchases, sales, construction contracts and disputes) and administrative law matters (planning, cconstruction permits, procurement). In addition, Luc Pittet has a strong experience in sports-law disputes and regularly represents clients in front of State Courts in Switzerland or in front of Arbitration Courts in this field. He also acts as an arbitrator both in domestic and international arbitration. Luc Pittet is co-chair of the Vaud Chapter of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA). He is a former member of the board of the Vaud Bar Association.

Born in 1973, Luc Pittet was educated at the University of Lausanne (lic. iur. 1995; Dr. iur. 2000) and at the Unversity of King's College London (LL. M. 2003). He was admitted to the Bar in Lausanne in 2002. He is a certified specialist SBA (Swiss Bar Association) in Real Estate and Construction Law since 2010 (MAS in Real Estate and Construction Law 2010). Prior to joining Walder Wyss, Luc Pittet was a partner in reknowned local law firm in the canton of Vaud for more than 15 years.

Luc Pittet avises clients in French and English. He is registered with the Bar Register of the Canton of Vaud and is admitted to practice throughout Switzerland.
