Paul Brasey is a business lawyer in the Lausanne office of Walder Wyss. He advises and represents private and institutional clients with a focus on financial intermediary supervision, real estate transactions and construction law, governance, commercial contracts, and white collar crime.

As litigator, he represents both Swiss and international clients in civil, criminal and administrative proceedings. He also provides expertise in international legal assistance.

Paul Brasey completed his studies at the University of Geneva, where he obtained a Bachelor of Law (BLaw, 2016), a Certificate in Transnational Law (2019) and a Master of Law (MLaw, 2020), with honours. He then worked as legal trainee for the Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland (OAG) in Bern and completed his attorney's internship in a leading Swiss law firm. Paul Brasey has been admitted to the Bar in 2023, prior to joining Walder Wyss.

Paul Brasey works mainly in French and English. He is registered with the Vaud Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
