Iliana Djagova is counsel in the Corporate/M&A team of Walder Wyss. Her practice focuses on domestic and international M&A transactions and general commercial and corporate law matters for listed and private companies.
Iliana Djagova studied law at the University of Zurich (lic. iur., 2010) and the University of California, Berkeley (LL.M., 2015). She was admitted to the Zurich Bar in 2013 and to the New York Bar in 2018. Prior to joining Walder Wyss, Iliana Djagova was working for several years at another leading Swiss law firm. In 2015/16 she worked at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York, USA.
Iliana Djagova speaks German, English, French and Bulgarian.
