Annemarie Lagger is a managing associate in the team of Regulated Markets, Competition, Technology & IP. She advises in the legal fields of information technology (including e-commerce) and life sciences (including food and drug law). In these areas of legal practice, she sets focus on contract negotiation and drafting (such as outsourcing, development, collaboration, licence and distribution agreements) and on regulatory clearance prior to product and service launches. She represents clients before courts and administrative bodies.

Annemarie Lagger studied International Affairs and Governance at the Universities of Geneva (B.A. 2008), Singapore and St.Gallen (M.A. HSG, 2012) and Law at the University of St.Gallen (M.A. HSG in Law, 2014). Before joining Walder Wyss AG she had gained working experience with NGOs in Canada (2009) and in Ghana (2011). Subsequently, she worked in the legal department of a bulk shipping company in Hamburg (2011-2013). She was admitted to the bar in 2017. Annemarie Lagger publishes on a regular basis.

Annemarie Lagger's professional languages are German, English and French. She is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to practice in Switzerland.
