Carmen Stetter is an Associate in the Regulated Markets, Competition, Technology & IP team. She advises and represents Swiss and international clients in the areas of data protection, information technology and technology law, as well as public law.

Carmen Stetter studied at the Universities of Zurich and Lausanne (BLaw 2021, MLaw 2023, Joint Degree). During her studies, she worked in the legal team of a leading Swiss software company. Before joining Walder Wyss as an attorney, she worked as a trainee lawyer (Substitutin) at Walder Wyss in Zurich and completed a legal traineeship with the Data Protection Commissioner of the Canton Basel-Stadt.

Carmen Stetter's professional languages are German and English. She also speaks French. She is admitted to the Zurich Bar and is authorised to represent clients before all Swiss courts. She was admitted to the bar in 2026.
