Anne-Catherine Cardinaux is a lawyer in the Regulated Markets, Competition, Technology and IP team. She advises and represents clients in regulated industries at the interface between public and private law. She specialises in the regulatory and commercial aspects of pharmaceuticals and medical devices, including research, development, approval, manufacturing, marketing and reimbursement. She represents clients before regulatory authorities and courts and drafts and negotiates contracts for companies in the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical technology industries. She also supports companies in matters of integrity and compliance. In addition, her legal practice focuses on digital health and telemedicine; she regularly publishes on these topics.

Anne-Catherine Cardinaux has been an attorney at law at Walder Wyss since 2022. During her time at Walder Wyss, she completed a six-month secondment with a leading global tobacco company. Prior to that, she worked as a litigation lawyer at a boutique law firm in Zurich specialising in public law. She was admitted to the bar in 2019 and gained valuable experience in various positions before that. Among other things, she worked as a trainee in the corporate/M&A and real estate teams of a top-tier commercial law firm in Zurich. Prior to that, she worked as a postgraduate in the legal department of one of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies in Basel and as a law clerk at the Meilen District Court. She completed her law studies in 2013 with a Master of Law (MLaw) from the University of Basel. During her studies, she worked as a student assistant, completed internships in various commercial law firms in Basel and Zurich and participated in the Willem C. Vis Commercial Arbitration Moot (East) (Honourable Mention in the Competition for Best Memorandum on behalf of Respondent).

Anne-Catherine Cardinaux advises clients primarily in German and English. She also speaks French and Italian. She is registered with the Zurich bar registry and admitted to practice law in the whole of Switzerland.
