Christapor Yacoubian works as a Trainee Lawyer at Walder Wyss in Basel.

Born in 1996, Christapor Yacoubian studied law at the University of Basel (BLaw 2019, summa cum laude; MLaw 2021, summa cum laude; awarded the böckli bühler partner-prizes for the best Bachelor's degree and the best Master's degree) and worked at the chair of Prof. Dr. Corinne Widmer Lüchinger (Private Law, Private International Law and Comparative Law) from 2017-2023. As part of his ongoing doctoral studies, he spent a semester as a research fellow at the Weizenbaum Institute for the Networked Society and the Humboldt University (Berlin) in 2023. Prior to his current traineeship, Christapor Yacoubian already gained his first experience as a short-term intern in the offices of Walder Wyss in Zurich and Basel.

Christapor Yacoubian works mainly in German and English. Furthermore, he speaks French, Spanish and Armenian.
