Bojan Momic works as an Attorney at Law at Walder Wyss. He advises and represents clients on all matters of business law. His practice include in particular corporate law, commercial law and employment law.
Bojan Momic was educated at the University of Basel (BLaw 2016; MLaw 2018), where he also worked as a tutor for the Code of Obligations as well as for the Law of Persons. Prior to joining Walder Wyss as an Associate, he worked as an Attorney at Law in a law firm in Basel, as a Legal Employee at a legal protection insurance company and absolved traineeships at Walder Wyss, the Civil District Court Basel-Landschaft West and the Civil Court Basel-Stadt.
Bojan Momic is registered with the bar registry of the canton of Basel-Stadt and is authorised to practice throughout Switzerland. He works primarily in German and English and also speaks Serbian, Croatian and Bosnian.
