Bojan Momic works as an Attorney at Law at Walder Wyss. He advises and represents clients on all matters of business law. His area of practice includes in particular corporate law (including M&A) and employment law.

Bojan Momic studied law at the University of Basel (BLaw 2016; MLaw 2018), where he also worked as a tutor. He was admitted to the bar in the Canton of Basel-Stadt in 2020. Prior to joining Walder Wyss as an associate, he worked as an attorney at a law firm in Basel, as a legal employee at a legal protection insurance company, and completed traineeships at Walder Wyss, the Civil District Court of Basel-Landschaft West, and the Civil Court of Basel-Stadt. In spring 2023, he completed the CAS Finance and Accounting for Legal Professionals at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSLU). Currently, he is also working on his dissertation at the University of Basel.

Bojan Momic is registered with the bar registry of the canton of Basel-Stadt and is authorised to practice throughout Switzerland. He works primarily in German and English.
