Public Law & Litigation

We advise and support clients in the public sector, on all issues of public law and their interfaces with private law. The particular needs of the public sector and its partners are dealt with by an interdisciplinary team of experienced lawyers, who have been working for many years in the areas of administrative, energy, traffic, healthcare, environmental, tax, public procurement, public building and public procedural law for many years.

Given our longstanding experience in administrative matters, we are in a unique position to advise our clients in all dealings with public authorities. We support clients with applications, permits, tenders, government contracts, subsidies and other interactions. We represent our clients in administrative courts on the cantonal and federal level as well as before the Federal Supreme Court. Still, our main focus is on mitigating risk and avoiding litigation.

Sovereign administrative action is increasingly being replaced by cooperative procedures. We support our clients in negotiation procedures and in the conclusion of administrative agreements, and help them in settling disputes arising under administrative law, as well as in creating public private partnerships (PPPs).

  • "An obvious market leader, offers advisory and litigation services in public economic law with breadth and high quality."
