Micha Bühler is a partner at Walder Wyss. He specialises in commercial litigation and international arbitration, particularly in disputes arising from infrastructure and construction projects, M&A transactions, banking and finance, as well as distribution contracts. He also sits as an arbitrator in international arbitrations. In addition, Micha represents Swiss and foreign clients in recognition & enforcement proceedings and fraud & white collar crime litigation.

Micha Bühler studied at the Universities of Basel and Lausanne (lic. iur. 1997; summa cum laude) and received his master’s degree in international commercial law from the University of Cambridge (LL.M. 2003). He regularly publishes and lectures in his fields of specialization and is a member of the Zurich Bar Examination Board.

Micha Bühler speaks German, English and French. He is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
