Carmen Spichiger is a Senior Associate in the Corporate/M&A team of Walder Wyss. Her preferred areas of practice include M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. Carmen Spichiger also advises on ESG and sustainability as well as on general corporate, contract and capital markets law.

Carmen Spichiger studied at the University of Zurich (BLaw 2015, MLaw 2017) and completed an exchange semester at the University of Montpellier (FR). In addition, she completed her education with an LL.M. degree from Columbia Law School (LL.M. 2024). She also holds an ESG and Sustainable Finance Certificate from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
Before joining Walder Wyss, Carmen Spichiger worked as an attorney at a commercial law firm in Zurich, as a law clerk at the District Court of Meilen and as a trainee lawyer at Walder Wyss.

Carmen Spichiger practices mainly in German and English. She also speaks French. She is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and is authorized to practice in all of Switzerland.
