Téo Genecand

Téo Genecand is a partner in the Dispute Resolution practice of Geneva. His work covers all forms of commercial disputes. He is also frequently involved in white collar crime matters, estate disputes, enforcement proceedings related to the financial industry as well as asset tracing and recovery matters. He provides strategic advice in pre-litigation phases and acts before civil and criminal Courts.

Additionally, Téo Genecand advises companies in relation to data protection, anti-money laundering and international sanctions matters. He also assists companies in investigations related to those matters.

Téo Genecand studied law at the University of Geneva (MLaw 2013) and passed the bar exam in the Canton of Geneva in 2015. Prior to joining Walder Wyss, he worked for eight years in the Dispute Resolution department of a renowned law firm in Geneva and was seconded for one and a half year in an international law firm in New York.

Téo Genecand primarily advises clients in French and English. He is registered with the Geneva Bar and is admitted to practice throughout Switzerland.
