Simone Schürch is a Senior Associate at Walder Wyss. He primarily focuses on technology law and life sciences, including intellectual property, data protection and information law. He also advises clients in the financial sector on compliance issues. He acts in both non-contentious matters and before courts in these areas.

After studying at the Universities of Fribourg (BLaw) and Zurich (MLaw), Simone Schürch was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2018. He earned an LL.M. in Law & Technology from UC Berkeley in 2023 and is a certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E). Prior to joining Walder Wyss, he worked at other major commercial law firms in Zurich and Geneva.

Simone Schürch is fluent in Italian, German, French and English. He is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all of Switzerland.
