Caroline Sauthier is a senior associate at Walder Wyss, Geneva who specializes in corporate and commercial law. She advises companies active in a wide range of business sectors in relation to the development of their commercial activities, the structuring of their business and the management of financing matters. Her practice includes advice in technology, IT and data protection, as well as ESG & sustainability.

Caroline Sauthier studied at the University of Fribourg where she obtained a Bachelor of Laws in 2016 and a Master of Laws in 2018, which included an exchange semester at the Georgetown University Law Center in London (CTLS). In 2018, she obtained the Certificate of Advanced Legal Studies (Ecole d'avocature) at the University of Geneva.

Caroline Sauthier completed her traineeship, passing the Geneva Bar in July 2020, and continued to practice at a leading Swiss law firm. She then joined a boutique law firm (sigma legal LTD) in 2022, before following several members of her team to Walder Wyss in 2024. In the past, she was also seconded to the in-house team of a major group active in the luxury industry.

Caroline Sauthier works in French and English. She has a good command of German.
