Kevin Laurent

Kevin Laurent is a Senior Associate at Walder Wyss in Geneva. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance and governance. He advises Swiss and international clients on complex strategic transactions, including private auction processes and cross-border deals.

He is involved throughout the transaction lifecycle, from structuring and negotiation to execution, with a focus on investment agreements, shareholder agreements and financing transactions. He also assists companies with corporate restructurings and regulatory compliance.

Before joining Walder Wyss, Kevin Laurent worked for several years at leading Swiss law firms, where he developed extensive expertise in corporate and M&A law.

He holds a bilingual Master of Law from the Universities of Geneva and Basel (2017, summa cum laude) and a Certificate in Transnational Law. Admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2020 (ranked 3rd), he practices in French, English and German.
