Tabea Gutmann is an attorney in the Employment Team at Walder Wyss. She specialises in employment and social security law. One focus of her work is advising on cross-border employment relationships, especially to Germany.

Tabea Gutmann studied at the Humboldt University of Berlin (First State Examination, 2017). During her legal traineeship, she worked for a German Federal Ministry and a commercial law firm in London. She was admitted to the bar in 2020. Prior to joining Walder Wyss in 2022, she worked as an attorney for a leading European commercial law firm in Berlin, focusing on employment law.

Tabea Gutmann advises her clients in German and English. She is registered in accordance with Art. 28 BGFA in the public list of nationals of EU or EFTA member states who are entitled to represent parties before judicial authorities in Switzerland on a permanent basis under their original professional title.
