Baptiste Maccaud works in the tax law department at Walder Wyss in Geneva, where he specialises in tax planning and litigation, both domestically and internationally. He is the author of several publications in this field.

Baptiste also specialises in company formation and management, corporate restructuring and commercial litigation.

He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Lausanne, with honours in international taxation, and subsequently obtained his certificate of specialisation in legal practice from the University of Geneva. At the same time, Baptiste served as a research assistant in international taxation, investment law and arbitration at the University of Lausanne.
