Lars A. Fischer is an associate in the Banking & Finance Team at Walder Wyss. He advises banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, and FinTech companies on complex financing and capital markets transactions as well as on all aspects of banking, finance, and capital markets law. His practice focuses on the regulation of financial services, financial products, securities, tokens, and financial institutions, and includes corporate debt finance, acquisition finance, securitization, and the tokenization of financial instruments.

Lars Fischer studied business law at the ZHAW School of Law (2019) and completed his master's degree at the University of Lucerne (MLaw, 2022). He was admitted to the bar in March 2024. Before joining Walder Wyss, he worked as a trainee lawyer at a law firm in Zug, and as a doctoral candidate and research assistant at the University of Lucerne, where he completed his doctoral thesis on the tokenization of financial instruments in 2025.
