Lorenzo Petrone is an associate at Walder Wyss. He advises and represents clients in all matters of commercial law. His practice areas namely include contract law and corporate law (including M&A).

Lorenzo Petrone studied at the University of Basel (BLaw 2020, MLaw 2022) and was admitted to the bar of the Canton Basel-Stadt in 2024. Before joining Walder Wyss, he gained professional experience in the legal department of a multinational company, at a renowned commercial law firm and at the Civil District Court of Basel-Landschaft East as well as the Criminal Court of Basel-Stadt.

Lorenzo Petrone works primarily in German and English, but also speaks Italian. He is registered in the bar registry of the Canton of Basel-Stadt and is authorised to practise throughout Switzerland.
