Pamela Giampietro

Pamela Giampietro works as a Managing Associate at Walder Wyss. She represents domestic and international clients before state courts and arbitral tribunals in civil disputes. Pamela Giampietro focuses her practice on inheritance law, employment law and commercial law.

Pamela Giampietro private clients’ practice includes advising individuals on estate planning, asset protection, relocation as well as inheritance litigation & arbitration. Pamela Giampietro has also extensive experience in employment law. She advises clients on contractual matters, represents them in litigation and conducts employment investigations.

Pamela Giampietro graduated from the University of Fribourg (BLaw in 2015; MLaw in 2017 summa cum laude). In parallel to her studies, she worked as a student-assistant at the University of Fribourg and as an ad hoc law clerk for the labour court of the District Tribunal of Lausanne. She furthered her studies at Columbia University, New York (LL.M., 2025), and worked as a Judicial Extern at the New York State Supreme Court, Civil Court. Prior to joining Walder Wyss, she worked as an associate in a law firm in Lausanne.

Pamela Giampietro works in French, English, Italian and Spanish. She is registered with the Vaud Bar and admitted to practice throughout Switzerland since 2020. She is member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) and the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA). She is the Secretary of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), Lausanne branch.
