Christine Schweikard is an attorney in the Information Technology, Data Protection and Intellectual Property Team. She specializes in regulatory issues involving medical devices and medicinal products, trademark, patent, and unfair competition law, and questions under the European General Data Protection Regulation.
Christine Schweikard graduated from Humboldt University Berlin (First State Examination, 2012), University Paris II – Panthéon Assas (Master I, 2012), and King’s College London (LL.M., 2013). Before joining Walder Wyss, she clerked as a trainee in the Higher Regional Court district of Berlin (Second State Examination, 2017) and worked as a research assistant at Humboldt University Berlin and leading German law firms. She expects to be awarded a PhD from Augsburg University in medical devices law in the spring term 2020.
Christine Schweikard advises clients in German, English, and French. She is registered under Art. 28 BGFA in the public list of nationals of EU or EFTA member states who are entitled to represent parties before judicial authorities in Switzerland on a permanent basis under their original professional title.
