Laura Tarenzi

Laura Tarenzi is an associate in the Banking & Finance Team. She regularly advises investment funds, banks and corporate clients in connection with complex national and international financing and capital markets transactions. She focuses on corporate debt finance, structured finance and securitisations.

Laura Tarenzi studied at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan (MLaw, 2017). Before joining Walder Wyss, she worked for six years as an associate in the Milan office of a major global law firm.

Laura Tarenzi primarily advises clients in English and Italian. She is registered with the Milan Bar Association.
